Start it early, do with someone of maturity, with someone of authority, avoid explicit details, place responsibility on the person with the problem, hold one another accountable

- Write out your own list of consequences for sin and moral failing.
- Discuss as an elder council how you can promote accountability among the eldership. Where are you vulnerable? Where can there be improvement?
