Church leaders can be tempted with worldly politics and pride, they may be tempted to demonstrate selfishness and immature behavior, as well as stubbornness and annoying weaknesses.

The capstone of these qualities is love.

Statistics are showing that 1,500 pastors permanently leave the ministry each month in America.

  3. Why is “soul maintenance” critical to a church leader?
