- Explain the hope and joy a dying believer can derive from the phrase “the chariots of fire and the horsemen thereof”?
- How would you explain to a family member of the dying, “We are not prolonging life but prolonging death?”
- Practice writing a eulogy, using the life of a person now passed on. Add stories and quotes to make it interesting and challenging. As part of your preparation, talk with the surviving spouse and/or family members, to collect memorable stories about the individual.
